Smart design – Accurate deposition

The dough is fed from the tin-screw hopper into the vertical depositor through a dough feed regulator, ensuring steady deposition and great repeatability. The conveyor belt is powered by a servo motor which allows for accurate positioning of the top sheet on the bun.?

Optical Sensor & Speed Control

An optical sensor provides automatic stop/start of conveyor belt to prevent collisions between the buns. A control wheel allows for quick speed adjustments of the conveyor belt at any time during operation, allowing for intermittent or continuous working functions.

Clean & High Accuracy

The top sheet is finally disposed through a narrow slit that protects the dough inside the machine from contamination. It also ensures steady deposition and correct placement of the dough sheets.

Dough Scraper & Catching Tray

A fully adjustable dough scraper ensures the conveyor belt is clean, and scraps are taken care of automatically. An easy to remove tray catches the residue from the conveyor belt.

Dough feed regulator

The dough is fed into the depositor through a regulator that keeps the dough amount at an optimal level allowing for a steady and reliable flow as well as great repeatability. This ensures that a consistent and damage-free filling is deposited on the sheet, preserving the traditional and authentic taste. A star shaped hand knob allows for quick and easy dismantling and cleaning.

Twin-Screw Hopper Design

Two feed screws rotate side-by-side in this horizontal extruder resulting in improved throughput and handling. This design reduces material build-up inside the hoppers and leads to a better feeding accuracy. Ideal for high viscosity and oil based fillings such as: fruit paste & bean paste. A star shape hand knob allows for feed control and adjustments at all times.
